True to our 3% elsewhere philosophy, we are always daydreaming about going on journeys to new places, trying new cuisines, and making discoveries that soon become a part of the No-Mad lifestyle. We were thrilled to have a chance to explore the vibrant flavours of authentic Mexican cuisine in our own city Mumbai through a cooking workshop led by Chef Divesh Aswani of Magazine St. Kitchen, an experimental kitchen in one of the city’s iconic mill compounds at Byculla – a journey in itself !

When we think of Mexico, we think fresh colors, bright tropical vibes, and lots of lime ! Team Mag Street recreated that atmosphere for the workshop guests with gorgeous ingredients to cook with, No-Mad tableware to play around with, and finally a table setting adorned with our new Blue TABU and Blue DHITI prints. The participants got creative with our wooden bowls, aluminium crockery, and THALI trays to plate up stunning dishes.

The happy guests ended the afternoon with lots of leftovers, delicious recipes from the chef, and a No-Mad tote bag and recipe journal !
